AUDIENCE RELEASE AGREEMENT
The Shia Voice 4 (2026–27)
This Audience Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions applicable to your attendance and participation as an audience member, or as an adult accompanying a minor, in connection with the production of The Shia Voice 4 (2026–27) (the “Show”), produced by Imam Al Hussein Media Group (Imam Hussein TV3) (the “Producers”).
By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket and/or attending the Show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
1. Recording and Use of Likeness
By attending and sitting in the audience of the Show, whether as an adult or as an adult accompanying a minor, you (the “Attendee”) acknowledge and consent to being filmed, photographed and/or audio recorded as part of the production.
You grant the Producers the irrevocable, perpetual and worldwide right to record, use, reproduce, edit, adapt, exhibit, broadcast, publish, distribute and otherwise exploit your image, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with the Show.
Such material may be used in any media or format now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to television, online streaming platforms, websites, social media, advertisements and promotional materials, without further approval, notification or compensation.
2. Audience Conduct and Conditions of Entry
As an audience member, you agree to:
- Follow all reasonable instructions issued by the Producers, production staff, security personnel and venue staff, including all applicable health and safety requirements.
- Refrain from taking photographs, filming, audio recording or otherwise recording any part of the Show without the prior written permission of the Producers.
- Comply with all venue rules, security requirements and production procedures.
Admission is subject to venue capacity, production requirements and operational requirements. Holding a ticket does not guarantee admission. Entry may be managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests, performers, artists, presenters, judges, programme content and individual segments may be changed, substituted or cancelled without prior notice.
The Producers and/or venue reserve the right to carry out reasonable security checks, including bag searches, as a condition of entry.
3. Arrival and Admission
As The Shia Voice is a television production, audience seating forms part of the recorded visual presentation of the Show. To maintain a full and consistent audience appearance on camera and to minimise visible empty seats during filming, admission and seating may be managed according to production requirements.
There is no guaranteed admission time. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to venue capacity, production requirements and the instructions of the Producers and venue staff.
Attendees are strongly advised to arrive as early as reasonably possible before the “Arrive By” time stated on their ticket.
Where a ticket is clearly marked as a VIP Ticket, the ticket holder must arrive at the theatre no later than the stated “Arrive By” time. Failure to arrive by this time may result in the loss of VIP priority entry or seating status.
Holding a ticket, including a VIP ticket, does not guarantee admission or a particular seat.
4. Queueing and Saving Spaces
Spaces may not be reserved or saved in the audience queue.
To ensure that admission remains fair and orderly, attendees must wait until all members of their party are present before joining the queue together.
Members of a group who arrive separately may be required to join the queue from the point at which they arrive and may not be permitted to join other members of their party further ahead in the queue.
5. Event Running Time
The event may continue beyond the advertised or scheduled finish time stated at the point of ticket purchase.
By purchasing or accepting a ticket and attending the Show, you acknowledge and accept that the event may finish later than scheduled.
6. Hijab Policy – Female Attendees
Female attendees are required to comply with the Show’s Hijab Policy.
The policy can be reviewed at:
imamhussein3.tv/hijab-policy/
Attendance at the Show constitutes acceptance of and agreement to comply with the applicable Hijab Policy.
7. Minors
Where an Attendee is accompanying a person under the age of 18 (a “Minor”), the parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the Minor complies with the applicable Child Audience Policy, available at:
imamhussein3.tv/child-declaration/
The parent or legal guardian:
- Consents to the Minor being filmed, photographed and/or recorded as part of the Show;
- Agrees to the applicable terms of this Agreement on behalf of the Minor;
- Must ensure that the Minor complies with the rules concerning photography, filming and recording; and
- Is responsible for ensuring the Minor follows reasonable instructions from production and venue staff.
Where a separate release or declaration is required for a Minor, it must be completed and signed by the Minor’s parent or legal guardian.
8. Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Attendee agrees not to bring any claim against the Producers arising solely from the authorised recording, editing, publication, broadcast or other use of the Attendee’s or accompanying Minor’s image, likeness, voice or appearance in accordance with this Agreement.
This includes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, claims relating to privacy, publicity rights or the authorised use of recorded material.
9. Editing and Use of Recordings
The Producers shall have full editorial discretion regarding the selection, editing, alteration, adaptation and use of recordings made in connection with the Show.
The Attendee acknowledges that recordings may be edited, shortened, combined with other material or otherwise adapted for production, broadcasting, promotional and related purposes without requiring additional consent.
10. Voluntary Participation and Compensation
Attendance and participation as an audience member are entirely voluntary.
The Attendee acknowledges and agrees that no payment, fee, royalty or other compensation will be payable to the Attendee or any accompanying Minor in connection with their appearance, image, likeness or voice appearing in the Show or related material.
11. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings and those of any Minor accompanying them.
To the extent permitted by law, the Producers shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where such loss or damage arises as a direct result of negligence for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with attendance at the Show will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy legislation, including, where applicable, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal information will be processed for legitimate purposes connected with the organisation, administration, security, production and management of the Show and in accordance with the Producers’ applicable privacy policies.
13. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket and/or attending the Show, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement and any associated policies and procedures applicable to the event.
Where the Attendee is signing or agreeing on behalf of a Minor, the Attendee confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority to provide the required consent on behalf of that Minor.
