Introduction
 
This Privacy Policy is applicable to all users including those who submit audition tapes to us directly or on behalf of an applicant.
This Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of users’ personal data including but not limited to, data which both identifies and does not identify the individual and, information which is otherwise not available in the public domain. This Policy also outlines the handling of such data information by Imam Al-Hussein Media Group .
 
Please note that the Company complies fully with the Data Protection Act 2018. 
 
Data We Collect:
 
Registration and Auditionee Information:
 
The Company reserves the right to collect and store auditionee data.  
 
To register and submit your audition tape, we require you to provide your name, date of birth, country of residence, telephone number and email address, a link or video containing your audition, gender, ethnicity, occupation and social media links. For auditionees under the age of 18, we require you to provide a parent or legal guardian to provide us with their date of birth, their relationship to the auditionee, full name, contact details alongside the details outlined above. 
 
In addition, we require you to provide a short biography of yourself that we will use in the filming of The Shia Voice (“the Show”)
 
Auditionees under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete this form on behalf of the auditionees. 
 
The Company reserve the right to request and store this data in respect of any and all individuals auditioning for The Shia Voice
 
How We Collect Your Data:
 
The Company uses Google forms to collect and store your data, when completing any forms provided to you by the Company, you agree to comply with Google’s own cookie and privacy policy and General Data Protection Regulations.

The Company may also collect your data via physical, paper forms. 
 
Does Imam Al-Hussein Media Group Store Your Data?
 
Yes. Imam Al-Hussein Media Group reserve the right to collect and store any data that you have opted to provide to us. Data may be stored online or in the form of a hard copy. 
 
Does Imam Al-Hussein Media Group Share Your Data With Third Parties:
 
The Company reserves the right to share your data with 3rd parties. This includes, but is not limited to any sponsors of the Show or the Company such as Imam Hussein Charity, potential institutions or individuals who would like to hire contestants to perform at their venues, including venues overseas. 
 
Your Rights:
 
You are legally entitles to request your data. If you would like to request data relating to yourself or a child under the age of 18 of whom you are a parent or legal guardian, please contact us at: theshiavoice@imamhussein3.tv. If you are requesting data of a child, you may be asked to provide a form of identification to prove your relationship. 
 
Please note that if you choose not to provide us with the information required on the Google form, you will not be eligible to audition for the Show. 
 
Notification of Change:
 
The Company reserves the right to, at their discretion, make amendments to this privacy policy. The Company are not required to notify you of any changes.
